Meet Dick Holt

Dick has been a licensed real estate Broker since 1987 and 5 time winner of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite Award.  Prior to entering real estate, Dick served in the Navy on active duty for 26 years, retiring in 1983 as a Commander.  Dick is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Master of Arts degree from Pepperdine University.

A longtime resident of Lafayette, Dick is deeply involved with his community.  For 20 years, he has served on the Lafayette Planning Commission and has been chair of that commission three times.  He is involved with the Lafayette Rotary Club, wherein he founded the “Concert at the Res” to benefit local school music programs, and serves as coordinator for Lafayette’s Meals on Wheels program.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for Las Trampas School for the Developmentally Disabled.

Meet Frank Woodward

Frank joined Coldwell Banker in early 2002 after spending 25 years in the high tech industry.  He founded and was president of Syspro Corporation, a company that publishes customer service software.  In 1999, Frank left Syspro to join internet grocer Webvan Group as the senior business and process analyst responsible for product categories providing 1/3 of corporate sales volume.  Frank is an engineering graduate of Boston’s Northeastern University, and also holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. 

An Orinda resident for more than 20 years, Frank is involved with Las Trampas School for the Developmentally Disabled and serves on the Board of Directors for the Orinda Parks and Recreation Foundation.

We maintain strong relationships with a large number of contractors and vendors that can be called upon to assist you with anything that you need.  We routinely work with engineers, handymen and home stagers while preparing your home for sale.  From Alarm systems to Zoning and every category in between, we will help you get your property in optimum condition to maximize your net profit. 

Orinda Coldwell Banker

This is one of the top offices in Coldwell Banker, both in terms of sales and in support.  We have an exceptional full time, non-selling, broker manager and coach, Valerie Cook-Watkins.  There are over 70 agents in the office, and all are available and willing to help you out in a time of need.   We also have graphic artists, relocation specialists a full time legal staff, and much more available through our corporate headquarters in San Ramon.
